Espulsi dall'appartamento dopo un giorno
Dopo averci accolto alla data di inizio della vacanza dell'11/8 (ore 14 30) circa, alle ore 21.30 circa, cioè dopo 7 ore, quindi a sistemazione avvenuta, hanno immotivatamente cancellato la prenotazione costringendoci a lasciare l'appartamento l'indomani mattina 12/8 entro le ore 10,00, asserendo che il prezzo pagato era sbagliato e che ci avevano fatto entrare per errore. (È mai possibile?) Ma come si può sbagliare se prenoti tramite portale? Cos'altro aggiungere? Ovviamente c'è un reclamo in corso.
