This single-level condo accommodates up to 6 guests across 2 bedrooms and 3 beds. Each room is designed for comfort, featuring room-darkening shades, extra pillows and blankets, and clothing storage. With 3 full bathrooms, there’s plenty of space for everyone to get ready after a day by the water.



Outdoor living

The private patio is a standout feature, offering a hot tub and views overlooking the infinity pool. It’s an easy walk to the beach within the gated Corasol community, where shared amenities include a lap pool, gym, paddle and tennis nearby. The setting makes it easy to move between poolside lounging and time by the sea.



Kitchen & dining

A fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare meals at home, along with a dining table for gathering indoors or enjoying a relaxed breakfast before heading out.



Comfort & essentials

Stay cool with central air conditioning and connected with fast wifi (70 Mbps). A dedicated workspace in a common area supports remote work, while a TV and exercise equipment offer options to unwind. Bathroom essentials, bedroom comforts, and a private entrance help make your stay seamless.

The home is located in an elevator-access building and offers a single-level layout with no stairs, making it easy to navigate. Free parking on premises and self-check-in via lockbox add to the convenience.



Neighborhood

Set within the secure Corasol community, you’ll have access to a range of amenities including dining, a mini market, tennis and paddle courts, and landscaped areas with Mayan sculptures. The location places you just north of downtown, with easy access to local shops, restaurants, and nearby attractions.



Guest Access:

You’ll have full, exclusive access to the condo and the complex amenities during your stay. Excellent amenities include an enormous 10,000 square foot swimming pool, direct access to the beach and beach club, on-site dining, mini market, gym, Zen garden with Mayan sculptures, tennis and paddle courts and nearby PGA Pro Nick Price golf course!



The Neighborhood:

The condo’s located in the Corasol Community in north Playa del Carmen, situated on the Caribbean Sea with everything you need just a short drive, taxi, bike or walk away.



- Just out the entrance of Mareazul is the famous 5th Ave. It's the far north part. You can bike, walk or take a 5-min drive south to the prime spot of 5th where you'll find cafes, bars, restaurants, boutiques & plenty of people-watching!

- Vibrant shopping malls in town like Paseo del Carmen, Quinta Alegria, & the shops at Calle Corazón with dozens of boutiques, international chains & restaurants

- Super Walmart & Soriana supermarkets plus convenience stores like 7-11 & OXXO a short drive away

- The Corasol Beach Club just steps away or venture to Maroma Beach or Puerto Morelos



Getting Around:

Mareazul is in the Corasol Gated Community, a 15-minute drive from Playa del Carmen. Renting a car is highly recommended.



The condo is about 52.4 km/32.6 miles or about a 45-min drive from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). It’s best to prearrange your airport transfers.



Other Things to Note:

A daily allowance of 20Kw/Day of electricity is included for short term rentals. Additional consumption will be charged at 6 MXN/Kw. Electricity is not included for bookings of 7 days or more. On arrival, our local team will take a meter reading, and again on departure. You will be billed after check out for any additional consumption. Help us save energy by using the AC only when needed, avoid leaving it on if you are not in the property and close all windows and doors when you use it.




We provide bottled water, high-quality bed linens, bathroom and beach towels, kitchen equipment and more to provide the most comfortable stay.



Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.



A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is a temporary hold on your credit card which would be released after check-out. (Not applicable for ABB)



There is no daily housekeeping but if you need a cleaning service during your stay, it has an extra cost – Please let us know in advance. This service does not include changing the bed linens or towels. If you would like to add this service, additional fees will apply.



Please note that the washer and dryer are out of service until further notice.



HOUSE RULES

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.

- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.

- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.

- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.

- Renters may be required to provide a government ID upon booking, on the day of checking in, or during their stay for identity verification.

- Pets are not allowed unless there is prior authorization and an extra fee may apply if such is given.

- Please avoid hanging towels or clothes on the balcony/terrace railings.

- Pool and common area regulations and opening hours have to be respected. The use of musical devices in common areas is prohibited. No glasses, bottles, food or coolers are allowed in the pool, the use of disposable or plastic glasses are allowed.

- We ask that you please adhere to the rules of the condo complex during your stay. You’ll be required to acknowledge and sign upon arrival.



Services such as electricity, water, and internet are provided by external companies. While these services are generally reliable, occasional outages beyond our control may occur. We appreciate your understanding.



Interaction with Guests:

This is a self-check-in property. You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week should you need anything - just send us a message via the booking platform.
