They have zero customer service. TV didn't work, they didn't fix. Asked for new towels, never got one for 4 days. Light was flickering, didn't even bother to ask to fix it as they didn't seem to care. They never cleaned our room for 4 days. just terrible. don't book.

Staff all quit week before. No drinking water none. Breakfast very small selection. Staff were not able to provide what hotel had marketed. Far from anywhere. Very sketchy area. Pool was murky. Grounds very unkept. Expedia couldn’t even get a hold of manager. Definitely a one star hotel in every respect.

Esta es la tercera vez que nos quedamos aquí, es un excelente concepto de hotel pero lo descuidaron. La alberca siempre está sucia y da asco meterse, el desayuno muy tarde, demasiado limitado y comida echada a perder, hasta el agua fresca se les hace mala, (ejemplo, omelete sin relleno y 1 solo huevo); no tienen toallas y hasta el papel sanitario te lo racionan. La persona que hizo la limpieza se llevó cosas que no le pertenecían, en fín, es una lástima lo que ha mermado este hotel. Necesita una buena administración que se preocupe por mantener bien las instalaciones y el servicio. Como va de mal, no lo recomiendo para nada, menos si vas con niños que van a querer alberca.

Suite was a really neat design. No soap and oil on the bedsheets. Towels were old. Bed was very comfortable. Friendly staff and well priced. There is a 150peso per person per night extra fee above 2 people and a 74pesco per night additional tax.

Pros: The rooms were spacious, and each had its own bathroom. The in-suite pool was very convenient and enjoyable for the kids. Cons: The kitchen was not well stocked, there were not enough utensils, blankets, or towels, so consider bringing your own. Our room had been cleaned, but there was a very strong dirty mop smell that was extremely unpleasant. Breakfast was included, which was a plus, however, the selection was very limited and food ran out quickly. At checkout, we were charged an additional fee due to an alleged staff error during check-in. It was unclear whether this charge was legitimate, which felt concerning. The staff was not rude, but they were not particularly friendly either. Overall, it was an acceptable stay for the price, and the location was convenient due to its proximity to nearby parks.

I have stayed here several times the last few years. because it is very convenient. Clean, modern, great pool, staff are very plesant. I will stay here again when in need to. My only constant disappointment is the food. It won't make you sick but nothing is tasty or thoughtful. Honestly, the kitchen has no training or interest in food preperation.

The front desk crew was very kind but the room upon entering we found a GIANT live scorpion and a few large cockroaches, the kids weren’t able to get comfortable after that so we left shortly thereafter. The hotel has so much potential just needs a little TLC in cleaning and upkeep (pest control) the rooms were huge and lots of space, but overall upkeep was iffy and lacking. We would have stayed if the scorpion situation hadn’t happened. The staff was great, and I know we’re in a jungle but try convincing a 3 year old who’s overtired that there’s only those 3 giant bugs in her room and it’s fine to go to sleep.

This hotel has false advertising, rooms are very dirty, sheets were smelly and people's hair were all over the bed, I asked for clean ones and they didn't had none... Bathroom was nasty, dirty and smelly. If you are looking for a decent clean place this is not it please trust me on this one.

The staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. This isn’t a big hotel or resort. It's an inn...kind of like a bed and breakfast. The restaurant had limited, very basic options, the towel changes happen every 2/3 days only...overall the photos are accurate, just pay attention to what's in each room based on what you need. Taxis are easy to get to and from here so that's good too.

En 2023 nos hospedamos en este hotel y una habitación no funcionaba el a/ c y nos cambiaron de habitación y todo muy bien nos gustó el servicio y las instalaciones , así que decidimos este agosto 2025 volver al mismo lugar , pues nos dieron la misma habitación el aire no funcionaba como en el año 2025 y 11 pm tuvieron que hacer cambio de la habitación la habitación no estuvo frió hasta las 2 am pues estaba muy caliente y después de eso llegó al breakfast y todo muy mal te dan dos o tres opciones y al momento de escoger una no tenían frijoles y el huevo estaba muy negro no habían limpiado la sartén , ya no tienen el breakfast buffet como en el 2023 el breakfast teni unas condiciones muy pobres , y no puede creer que no den mantenimiento al hotel desde el 2023 está fallando el a/c de la misma habitación ,, ah y el staff de enfrenta no te quieren otorgar toallas ni para la alberca ni para la habitación . No volveré a este hotel nunca más
