We have been to several resorts in Riviera Maya, but this was our first visit to Valentin Imperial. This resort was our favorite by far. The resort was clean and beautifully landscaped. The staff was friendly and we had excellent service. Dining options were great, and the overall food quality was better than other resorts. Such a beautiful resort! Very laid back and open to nature! Loved being able to enjoy the walk to and from places in the resort! Lots of food options, some food was okay! Loved the Buffet though, very diverse !! Will go back again!

This is one of our favorite resorts and our fifth visit did not disappoint. The big difference with VIM is that they truly treat you like family and welcome you home. Many staff members greeted us by name and remembered us from previous visits. This will always be our home away from home. If you want an adults-only resort with the Mexican welcoming, this is a place that you should try!

The pool was extremely hot!!! 94 degrees hot! If you pay for all inclusive resort and pool water is just as hot as outside it is very miserable. Will not go back

We love the Valentín, and are repeat guests. The service is wonderful, and the grounds are gorgeous! There are so many dining options and they are all delicious! There are lots of activities available, and plenty of relaxing spots too. Just be aware that some days the beach is gorgeous, but some days there is a lot of sargassum. On those days you can enjoy the HUGE main pool or other pools.

This was a beautiful resort with plenty to do during the day. The staff was very friendly and attentive, restaurants were good, access to beach was awesome! Loved being able to go from the pool to the beach very quickly and easily.

Very organized with incredible customer service. Every restaurant we tried was delicious including the buffet. The only thing to point out if being picky is the pool was a bit warm in my opinion. Everything else was phenomenal.
