With four generously appointed suites, each featuring an en-suite bathroom, TV, and private terrace, Downtown Villa can comfortably accommodate up to 22 guests. Rates are based on 10 guests, with an additional cost of $25 per day, plus tax, for extra guests. The pièce de résistance is our breathtaking ocean-view rooftop, boasting a plunge pool, daybeds, bar, TV, BBQ, and dining area — the ultimate gathering spot!

Please note that garage parking is not available at Downtown Villa. However, our concierge can help coordinate alternative parking options. Please let us know in advance if you require parking for your vehicles.

Nightlife Noise: Please be aware that due to our central location, noise from nearby bars and restaurants may be present, especially during the night. We want to ensure transparency about the vibrant atmosphere surrounding the villa.

Seamless Stay Experience:
Check-in at 4:00 pm and check-out at 10:00 am. Complimentary bag storage is available before and after your stay until 4 pm. Early check-in and check-out are possible for an extra cost, subject to availability.
