Excellent breakfast Parking lot with out illumination at all, no pavement and very bad condition to park and access with the luggage The beds extremely small I saw cat’s excrement in the stairs

The hotel is beautiful. The room we had was lovely. The breakfast was delicious. The parking lot was not paved and dusty. There wasn’t a fitness center. I believe they were renovating the hotel and I do see a lot of potential. I would go back.

The hotel is quiet and tidy, and the staff are enthusiastic. The breakfast is generally acceptable, though the taste is a bit salty. Transportation is not very convenient, requiring a taxi to get around. The rooms are spacious and clean.

I love everything about this hotel. It is peaceful, clean, and the staff are very helpful. I would definitely recommend it to those who want a quiet stay, away from all the noise.

It's a good option for a affordable hotel stay. Nothing fancy or welcoming though. But had good, decent rooms with good bathroom. Included breakfast is good & the pool area as well. Overall, not too bad for an affordable option.

There is much that is very good about Eurostars Hacienda Vista Real Hotel but it isn't for everyone. My wife and I enjoyed it thoroughly but we enjoyed it most because it was safe and quite and beautiful. AND because the staff were so friendly and helpful. They have done a lot of work to upgrade the facility but it still requires work that appears to be ongoing.

We absolutely loved our room. The pool was nice. The swim up bar was not being used but we wouldn't have generally used this anyway. Breakfast was always good, the staff always friendly. Only thing was the walk to 5th Avenue, doable but took a good 20-25 minutes. They do offer free parking though and have bikes to rent.

Really nice place. Didn’t have some of the amenities we were counting on such as laundry and room service, but had laundry place and a few restaurants near by. Staff was super nice and helpful. I was in a gated area so felt really safe. The breakfast was great! Beach was a close walk and they had beach towels.

Parking lot had nails. I was scared to punched my tires. The room windows dis not lock, couldnt sleep thinking some one can come in. I was move to two rooms because the lights went off . No a/c horrible. I had to fight to get transferred to a good room . They had to give me a suite double bed because they didnt have rooms close by my family member. It work at last , but it was a hassle.
