The staff at this condo hotel are so lovely. They were really helpful and sweet. The room was amazing. Giant. and a great price. I had a big balcony which i loved. My favourite is the location.... it's closer to the zasil ha neighborhood which has some of the better restaurants. It's about 25 minutes walk from the ADO touristica

The condo was huge and airy and wonderful! It's 5 mins from 5th ave and close to all the stores and shopping. The room was very clean and staff was easy to work with. There was always someone in the lobby at night and they were very accomodating. The pool on the roof is glorious and yes, there is a small washer/dryer combo in the unit! We will definitely stay there again when we come back!

The property is well maintained, location was good, but it has few amenities and is very noisy. With paper thin walls and lots of music and dogs barking outside every day and night, sleep is not something you will get a lot of. The unit did not have many basic amenities (dish cloth, dish drying rack, toaster, etc.) but the pool is lovely. Overall, i would not stay there again

I would give a 5 star rating for this property, I have stayed here in the past with friends. But this trip I was alone and only there for one night, upon returning home from dinner and drinks, the front entrance was locked by security. I was unable to access my room or my rental car (parking garage was also closed and locked) I waited, assuming maybe the guard was on a break, but after almost 2 hours of waiting, calling the phone number for reception and banging on the door, (which is dangerous as this was around 2am) I was left having to find other accommodation for myself. This was incredibly dangerous and stressful for a solo female traveler. The receptionist and manager do not really speak English (which is fine, we are in Mexico) But it was hard to communicate the issues in the morning, I was lucky to have a friend there to translate for me I was given a refund for my stay, but I cannot stress enough how scary this was and I will never be staying here again despite the great property and pool.

This property is a little older but everything was in really good condition. The front desk staff was fantastic, always polite and helpful. We were able to easily walk to Avenida 5th which is the main tourist area in the area, but the entire city was easy to navigate and walk. The rooftop pool was a nice treat and there were a number of spots to relax up there.
