I had a wonderful stay! The apartment was absolutely perfect, beautifully decorated, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. We stayed in a 3rd floor walk-up studio for six nights. The room was clean and functional, and the location was convenient - just a short walk from the north end of 5th Avenue and the beach. We didn't spend much time on the roof but there's a nice terrace and small pool up there. The neighborhood is residential and mostly quiet, but if you stay on Christmas eve or New Year's Eve, be prepared for a raging party and blaring music outside until 5am. Otherwise it was a great affordable option.

I always could talk to the staff through the WhatsApp and the staff was great. I have no issues with the staff. They were very friendly and accommodating and I really did appreciate the staff. The Internet was spotty. The surrounding area right next to it is a bit rough with dogs, constantly barking. The swimming pools on top of the building are not heated, which would have been nice to relax them, but it was too cold. Anyway, I’m not a big fan of the condo, but I am a fan of the staff. The staff was great.
