The living room has a sofa-cama confortable for sleep if are more of 3 person .
Kitchen equipped with all utensils necessary for cooking .Balcony .
Our flat has soundproof windows,so if u want to rest from the outside noise, just close them ;).
If u want to enjoy the nightlife the apart is one block from 5th av and also mall .
Other things to note .
Electricity is expensive in Playa del Carmen,so we encourage our guests to be mindful of their consumption,by asking to turn off de AC while they’re out of the apart.

AC works well. Underground parking is tiny but safe and easy access by elevator. The only downside about our stay was noise coming from the street which can be annoyed during the night and early morning.
