This is the second time we've stayed at Oceana. We like the fact that it is a newer building and has a nice pool. The rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped. The location suites us pretty good with everything close by. There is 24 hr person at the front desk and the garage entrance so it feels safe. We will stay again.

The unit was very clean however the rules in and around the complex and pool were very strict. If your cup or beverage wasn't away from the pool security would reprimand you.

Los departamentos están increíbles Sus políticas son fatales , se rentó un departamento NO ES UN HOTEL , entiendo q no puede haber mucha visita para evitar fiestas y relajo , pero deberían de ser accesibles en si un par de amigos pasan a tomar una copa de vino o a cenar , platicar tranquilos . Y NO ACEPTAN NINGUNA VIISTA APARTE DE Q LA GENTE DE SEGURIDAD PARECE Q RESGUARDA AL PRESIDENTE. Cuando llegue me querían dar solo una llave del depa , en todos lados dan mínimo 2. Cuando me retire no querían dejar pasar al taxi al estacionamiento para poder subir mis maletas q eran bastante grandes . En todos lados de playa dejan pasar algún amigo en lo q uno se termina de alistar para salir de fiesta por la noche , en Oceana se portaron súper pesados. Por supuesto pasaré la voz de todos esos detalles , tengo más de 10 años visitando Playa del Carmen , así q regresare a hospedarme a los lugares de siempre donde son más accesibles y consientes , OCEANA RESIDENCES SIENTEN Q ES EL PALACIO DE LA REALEZA CON TANTA RESTRICCIÓN
