Wonderful facility, extremely clean, plenty of employees covering buffets, bars, cleaning staff. Beach was cleaned of seaweed daily. I wish the water was clearer but that’s no fault of the hotel.

Very pretty property. A little dated. Some cracks. Freshly painted everywhere. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful. Especially Jonathan at reception, who was delightful. He seemed to be there from morning to night, almost every day. He was so friendly, and happy.

We had a very pleasant stay here at Riu Playacar! Our room had a balcony and would recommend it 100%. The staff is very friendly and attentive, our room service was great and of course everything outdoors was very clean. The food was good and many options to choose from, the activities were also great and the beach was spectacular!

The staff was wonderful. The only thing that all the floors were wet and slippery. It was a hazard. Everything else was great!
