This is an amazing resort where the staff treats you like you’re the only ones there. Bramdon, Ana, Roger and our building consierge were all AMAZING and made sure we wanted for nothing. Truly a special place with great food, awesome entertainment and the perfect most relaxing vibe. My second time here and cannot wait to go back!

The property is large and it is easy to navigate. The event staff has a very busy itinerary for all of the guests. The main pool is an area of focus for most daily activities. Be sure to claim your lounge chair early in the day. The beach is also a very busy area but it is more relaxed. Don't worry about going hungry, since there is always food available. If you ever have a question, the staff, which is very pleasant, will accommodate your every need. This is definitely an all inclusive property that I highly recommend.

We travel to the Cancun area often and love Secrets. This was our favorite property in the Cancun area so far. Everything was beautiful and well cared for, the food was excellent, the staff was so attentive, and they had the best gym I have ever seen in a resort. There were extra touches that made our stay special like music outside on the breakfast patio and the restaurants accommodated special orders. They go above and beyond to make your stay special!

The service was great. The drinks were good, but the food was average all inclusive resort food. Room was clean, beach was great. Highly recommend to rent a beach cabana for a day and to get a massage at the spa.
