This property had the best service. Everyone was so kind from front Desk & then concierge Ivan organized a special surprise for my birthday. Roberto was available for us at all times to help us plan our activities & answer all our questions. They have fun activities included like kayak , sailing, bike tour and much more. Also really amazing food and drinks. The beach was so clean and incredible. Really good food and drinks. The only thing I would recommend is more Latin music & entertainment. They catered a lot to US culture but for going to Mexico we would prefer all Latin vibes.

We were pressured to buy a time share before we could even get into our room. The long pants for men dinner policy was selectively enforced causing confusion and embarrassment.

Arguably, the best experience we've had at a resort in Mexico. Every day there were interesting games/events going on in the resort. The restaurant selection is similar to most Secrets, but the food was 5-star (even the lunches setup by the pool were fantastic). The best part was that everyone working there was super attentive and genuinely interested in making people's day. This is by far the most important aspect of any resort.

The property was beautiful, the room was as nice if not better than the website photos. The best part, the wait staff were amazing, some of the most friendly people we could meet. Oddly there was some local wildlife that was very fun to see. If I had to pick something I didn't like, it was being asked to sit in on a breakfast or lunch to get information on the Secrets VIP program, If I was interested I would've asked. The other, pricing for touristy or general need items for sale on the property. This was our first trip to Mexico and Secrets Maroma knocked it out of the park, it was such a good experience for us!!! Thank you to all those that helped us enjoy our Mexican experience.!!!

The property was very nice. The food was excellent and the staff were very friendly. The rooms were beautiful. The shows at night were entertaining and my wife and I enjoyed our stay. The only issue was that the week flew by.
