Good location and value

Comfortable large room, with very comfortable King bed and sofas to relax amd a nice deck. Small lounge pool on 4th floor was nice to refresh. Adjacent to populsr 5th Ave but just far enough to not be bothered by any noght time noise. Staff were very helpful and pleasant.

The team there are amazing!They were very helpful and kind.all the way from the management,housekeeping as well as the maintenance man. I would love to stay again,the rooms were great,if I could have brought home the wonderful king size bed I would have. Absolutely comfortable! I highly recommend amend this place!

The place is nice and clean. The pool was under renos the entire time we were there, which was a bit annoying. The kitchens are usable but very small. I do wish they would have provided drinking water.

The hotel was not bad except for the owners. BEWARE if someone is willing to pay more, they WILL and DO give your room away. We were traveling and picked this hotel specifically for the room with the jetted tub to finally relax. The owner gave our room away and had no apologies for guests that had not even arrived. The room we were put in was ok, and the guy at the front desk was nice. The breakfast is a resturant nearby with only two options but it is a cool location and that owner is very sweet.

Worst place ever. Wasted 2 days of my holiday here

It’s not a hotel, it’s an apartment that does not have anything what they claim to have. No swimming pool, no garden, no dishwasher, no DUVET, no library, no dining area and many more. It smelt horrible. The water has no pressure. You can’t even boil or cook anything. It was horrible. Please take down this property of your website.

This property has no view from any room it faces the back. Of another hotel, there’s construction going on next door. The front desk woman gave me the worst room at check in i refused to stay in there. It was like a box. Pictures do not reflect actual layout. Finally she gave me a room after trying to check in over half hour, saying it would cost more I said I’m not going to pay extra.

The pool was only a jacuzzi tub, 1 metre deep. Fridge was bar fridge, stove 2 burners, dishes and cookware minimun, no table and chairs inside to eat at. No laundry facilities, no dishwasher, TV quit, replaced with only Netflix. Toilet needed repair 3 times. Not connected to shopping centre. No managers reception. Over priced and very over rated for unit. Very disappointed.

Upon my arrival, I noticed the room was slightly different from the pictures (missing one couch, bedding wasn’t pink and patio furniture was just plastic chairs and table (no big deal). The room and bathroom was very clean and the maid kept it sparkling clean which I was very happy about. The condition of the patio and tub left me disappointed. There is no way I would have taken a bath in it, and people in other appartments could definitely see me. I’m not certain what was the green stuff on the walls on the patio, and the condition of the faux grass gave me the ick. I didn’t want to step barefoot on it. Also, one side of the patio door doesn’t lock. The room information says “duvet” but it’s just a comforter. The pillows were very comfortable and the sheets were nice. There’s no fitted sheet. If you want to take a hot shower, you need to turn the lever all the way and wait at least two minutes until the water gets hot. They advertise that the rooms are “sound proof” which is totally false. I heard the dryer running at 11pm , people talking and banging things around their appartments, and people walking on their heels above me. It also says there’s a dishwasher, which is incorrect. There’s only a kitchen sink. There’s nothing in the minibar (It’s just an empty refrigerator).

They stole from the safebox 400$

I stayed at the hotel for a weekend my friend and I were robbed of cash from the safe as well as new clothes purchased during the trip that were in the room. We remembered that upon check in, a receptionist accompanied us to the room and actually gave us instructions on how to use the safe, which were incorrect. The guy said that three numbers must be inserted into the safe, which in fact could have put four numbers in each safe. He asked me to insert a code and make sure the safe was locked and then asked for the code again to open it. At this point I put exactly the same number I entered but somehow the safe did not open. The guy claimed that I had probably forgotten the code and he had to get down to get the key to the safe from the receipt to open it. It is impractical that a second after I entered a code, I would forget it. The number of numbers in the code for the safe is 4, but it is important to note that a pair of friends who stayed with us at the hotel received the same instructions from the same clerk (3 numbers), so it is strange that the clerk was mistaken twice. For the record, there are only 2 receptionists - 1 for the day shift and one for the night shift. The entrance to the hotel is locked and even a guest cannot enter unless he knocks and waits for it to be opened. (they may utilize this advantage to remove valuable items from the hotel rooms) At the end of the day the hotel owner very much wanted to talk to me in order to hear exactly what had happened.
