I enjoyed my stay. The food was good and I am thankful I was always able to find vegan options at the buffet. The staff was very kind. The walkways around the rooms in building 3 that I was in could have been kept nicer. There was quite a bit of debris and some animal feces. The “party pool” will definitely give you some great music and entertainment, but be prepared to see ‘it all’. Besides that, overall it was beautiful and I am one to enjoy a different resort each time I travel, but would highly recommend for an adults only resort.

It was a nice experience and also they have various activites to engage the guests.. there kept us engaged so thay we dont have to go out of the resort. The food was good the buffet and the a la carte too. What i didnt like was the front desk responses at occations .. like we asked for 2 rooms side by side but they gave opposite and also when asked they couldnt help us and also as our flight was at 7 pm so we asked for an extra 1 hr stay to accommodate the time but they said they would charge extra days fee....

We tried several days to make reservations for restaurants but was directed that that was not allowed later showing up for dinner being told that there was no available seating for a party of five spoke to the manager and was redirected to a totally different restaurant we were not accommodated for The inconvenience and was told that there was nothing that anyone could do. My friend went to bed on her birthday in tears.

Management was bad. Very rude and not at all accommodating. Workers were happy and fun. From the time we checked in the lady was very short with us and put our party of 30 people all over different buildings. We had to fight with her just to get us in the same area. Didn’t understand why we could not be together when most of the rooms had the doors open and were empty. Strange. Host at restaurants talked to us like we were kids. Will not be back.

We had a very good stay. We stayed in the Platinum section in the Honeymoon suite. This room was very large, had a jacuzzi tub and a round king size bed. We had a swim out room that also had a jacuzzi tub on the patio although it was not in great shape. We also had a plastic chair outside that was broken almost in half. The staff was mostly nice with a few that just didn't seem to be happy to be there. We tipped generously, but that didn't seem to matter. On the Platinum side there are really only three dinner options. The sushi restaurant was great. We all loved the food. We did not try the hibachi. You need a reservation to do that portion. There was also an Italian restaurant that was very good as well. And a buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. We had a server named Brian for breakfast every day. He was the best. For pools that are adults only we had two. Our swim out room pools, and another larger pool. Both had bars. Drinks were hit or miss. They could make the normal stuff such as Pina Coladas and Dirty Monkeys. They could also make some mixed drinks such as rum and coke, etc. Not much else. We found a few shots that our group enjoyed, but most were full of their mixer that tasted more like lemon juice. Overall we enjoyed ourselves, but spoke to a few that had just horrible experiences. If you're looking for a cheap vacation, this could be it, but you get what you pay for here.

I went on a solo trip and by far, I had a great time! The food was OK...depending what you picked but there were so many options to pick from. I felt safe, especially walking along at night to get to my room. The beach was walking distance and overall, the facility was BEAUTIFUL! Worth every penny! I would definitely stay there again!

It’s was communicated that we cannot make reservation after showing up fully dressed to the restaurant to celebrate my friends birthday dinner the staff advised that they had all ready accumulated a waiting list and there was no more room for us to dine at that particular restaurant we spoke to the manager he advised that he could not accommodate any additional guests and there was nothing that he could do after we explain that we went and attempted to make reservations before the restaurant opened and was told that reservations was not allowed. It’s ruined her birthday and she went to dead without eating

One of our favourite adults-only all-inclusive resorts in Cancun! Some highlights: POSITIVES FOOD Buffet offers a solid mix of traditional dishes—great taco station and classic options. • Rodeo was a standout—top-notch sirloin; we ate there three times. • La Fleur: disappointing steak, but excellent octopus and pumpkin soup. • Italian: decent enough to visit twice (and I’m picky since I’m Italian!) • Aroma: average. • Japanese: least favourite—overly salty teppanyaki and poor sushi. • Vaqueria Grill: steak was a ground beef imitation—avoid. SERVICE Friendly, helpful staff. No aggressive timeshare pitches—refreshing change from other resorts! NEGATIVES COFFEE: Room and dining hall coffee is awful. Bar coffee is good but only available after 8am. BEACH EXPERIENCE: Constant interruptions from massage staff and vendors made it hard to relax. Repeated disturbances forced us to retreat to the pool for peace. DRINK SERVICE: Maybe because it was low season, but there was no service for drinks at the beach and barely any for at the pool. LACK OF SHUTTLE SERVICE: No included shuttle service to and from airport, needed to book own transportation.

The room was nice and clean, the service was also top notch! The pools were kept clean and the drinks were also very good. The only issue was the sargassum on the beach but no matter how much they clear it up it’ll come back, it’s mother nature doing her thing. The fauna was fun to watch I personally didn’t have an issue with it Definitely will be back when the sargassum season is over to get the full experience at PYP💯

I traveled solo for my birthday this past weekend. This was also my first time in Mexico, and I had a blast! I felt safe and sound. Staff were super accommodating. Resort was beautiful. No complaints here. Will definitely be back!

Everything was perfect! This was hands down one of the best resorts I’ve ever stayed at. I would have liked to see more entertainment around the resort itself but for the most part I thought this resort was absolutely amazing!!
