The staff in the hotel are unbelievable and helpful. We have some dietary restrictions and they went above and beyond to make sure we were eating well and having a wonderful time. One thing... they should add a separate cafe and ice cream store together where you can grab a snack throughout teh day

Great quiet location. Adults only but not really a party spot. Offered daily shuttle to downtown shopping on 5th Avenue for $5 each way. Decent food. Lots of pools. Beach is a walk from the units but lots of wildlife in between. Would definitely go again.

We had a wonderful five night stay. The food options were excellent. The swim out pool was a perk and was refreshing to jump in at any time. We participated in an on site activity each day so leaving the property was not necessary. It was nice to have the option of either beach or pool lounging. The only negative for me was the king bed, it was firm and not what I’m used to so a mattress topper would have made my sleep more comfortable. Otherwise the stay was excellent and would highly recommend to anyone who wants a getaway in a warm climate.

Overall the property is very clean and nice . The check in staff was extremely rude . I was told I couldn’t be spoken to until I had my room keys . I had to call maintenance multiple times to fix the toilet . Mexico is extremely hot and my room didn’t have ac at all .
