People are super friendly, rooms are big and clean, food at the all inclusive package is totally worth it. There are 2 main restaurants where you can have à la carte food and they have good options and variety. The beachfront advertisements are for real, you literally walk 20 steps to the beach

Rooms were very nice and clean. Staff was wonderful very friendly and quick to provide whatever was needed. This is smaller resort very quiet and great place to relax. The location was great, good beach and within short walk to shopping. It is somewhat remote so 1 hour plus ride from airport, but worth the drive.

My family of four, including my two boys ages 4 and 7, had an amazing time at Margaritaville. We had access to the most beautiful ocean with gentle waves that were fun but still felt completely safe for swimming with my boys. They had a blast crashing into the soft waves. The pool was another highlight. It is a great size and never gets too deep, which made it absolutely perfect for our family. The staff was incredibly sweet. We always felt well cared for and welcomed. At no point did we feel like we were bothering anyone. The food was mostly good with lots of options to choose from. I will say that when ordering, it helps to be specific about how you like something prepared. One day the tacos were amazing and the next day they were a little soggy. Another standout was how clean everything was all the time. Our room was beautiful, and I always felt safe. There is also so much to do nearby, which made the trip even more special. We would definitely come back and will be reminiscing and missing this beautiful place in amazing Costa Rica.

Great time at the resort. It was what we wanted and hoped for with a few small kids. The only negative was the food. Breakfast was great but everything beyond that lacked flavor and was pricey. Staff was incredibly nice and accommodating!

Clean room, comfortable beds. Restaurant service was not very friendly. Also, bartender didn’t want to give us happy hour price on drinks although they offered happy hour. I had to tell him and he ended giving me just one drink at half price. Expensive food and drinks that were just mediocre.

Our stay at Margaritaville was pretty good. Staff was friendly, and rooms were clean. Needs a great activity coordinator to expand activities offered and encourage participation. The dining options seemed somewhat limited but they did serve good food. Pool areas were slippery and HOT.

The room and services was excellent and would have rated the whole place excellent. But the surfaces around tge pool was a skating rink. I fell down the very first morning and broke two ribs. What gets me is they have only one very small saying it's slippery in a bush.

We loved this hotel. The staff was efficient and the room was clean. It is ideally situated in front of the beach. Two suggestions to improve this hotel 1) Add a fourth restaurant to diversify the food offering. 2) Add more shaded areas around the pool. We will recommend this hotel to our friends.
