The ONLY negative is all the stairs. Beautiful condo in a little beach area with everything yiu need. Could see the ocean and marina. Infinity pool. Hot tub. But those STAIRS!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay! This property had a wonderful view of Portrero Bay. We could walk to Playa Flamingo in five minutes, so that was great! The condo was nice, with recent renovation of the kitchen. New window shades were installed while we were there. The unit has well-functioning AC. The unit is uphill from the beach and there are many stairs to get into the unit—this was fine for us, just fyi for others. We did not use the pool, it looked nice and was well maintained by the staff daily. It is a bit of a noisy area due to all the resorts up the hill, restaurants and a supermercado across the street; however, we liked the convenience. Some updates needed, a bit tough to turn on the water for shower and might be better as a shower stall rather than tiled tub. Mattress and couch could be replaced, they are quite uncomfortable.

Clean and comfortable stay within easy walking distance to the Flamingo beach. Small grocery with limited items just across the street. Plenty of dishes, pots/pans, towels.
