There was no heat upon our arrival it took 1-2hrs to warm up the room and there was no hot water to take a shower the next morning.

Perfect location, very polite staff. We stayed 3 days and were given fresh towels and extra supplies regularly. There is a restaurant on property that has great good and service. Each evening there was a live performance happening. The mattress provided in the room could have been more comfortable though. It felt extremely worn out and old. Overall we loved our stay here and will be coming back again.

It's a nice hotel in Pleasant Bay. Close the skyline trail which is most popular and beautiful trail in Cape Breton. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was nice. The room was clean. Not enough electrical outlet though. Staffs were very friendly and helpful.

Overall it was pretty good. The water was super hot and I almost got burnt in the shower… I awoke up with a sore back because the bed was not very comfortable but it was good for a one night stay

Beautiful quiet spot to spend the night. Fairly priced and the convenience of a restaurant with very nice people, great service and good food. I would stay again.

The bathtub was stained and the wallpaper was coming off the walls. There was a large gap in the door so you could see outside. The exterior door randomly opened on its own. Did not feel comfortable sleeping there.
