Oups! tout n'est pas dit...
Bonjour, j'ai loué cette petite demeure "charmante" soit disant. Je passe à l'essentiel. A mon arrivée (19 h 30) remise des clés. Absence de l'état des lieux, tout de suite la somme pour le futur ménage nous est demandée. Mais on sait vite rendu compte que, maison humide et mauvaises odeurs (vêtements vite imprégnés), que le ménage avait été fait en surface, en sachant que l'on aurait dû rentrée dans une maison propre étant donné que les locataires d’avant avaient donné eux cette même somme... LA SALLE DE BAIN : lieu très fréquenté, bas de douche joints moisis, absence d’ampoules au-dessus du lavabo, présence de toiles d’araignées et poussières [:-(] LES CHAMBRES : moquettes tachées dans les chambres, dessus de literies, draps housses à revoir (tachées), même si on devait amener nos propres draps. CUISINE : grande partie de la vaisselle à l’air libre, micro-ondes et réfrigérateur à nettoyer… Bref, pourquoi 50€ de ménage pour un tel résultat. Si on regarde le descriptif de la location sur votre site, on a à disposition lecteur dvd ? Chauffage possible avec la cheminée??(À ne pas utiliser car dangereux) Chaîne HIFI défectueuse … Et, ABSENCE de détecteurs de fumée … Pourquoi je suis restée, 850 Km et location de payée. Photos de tout cela … Evidemment la personne à qui j’ai eu à faire, n’est pas le propriétaire…
