I stayed there as a solo male traveler for business on Saturday. I was a bit thrown off when during check-in the front desk asks you to sign a form that says the property is privately owned, and not responsible for any safety issues or theft you experience. As late as 3am that night, neighboring guests were in their truck right outside my room listening to trap music - loud enough I could hear it. Wi-fi never worked. The room itself was clean enough and fine for my solo purposes, but I was grateful to not be their with my wife or family as I would've worried about them. I personally felt a little misled by the stellar reviews I found for this place, and would warn others to just be aware of what they're paying for.

Surprisingly nice. Wasn’t expecting much based on outward appearance. However, the room was clean, quiet, comfortable, and well-appointed. I would recommend for a good night’s sleep.

The price is great, room is clean and water pressure is awesome. The outside light comes in regardless what you do, and the biggest issue in my opinion is the bed is not comfortable. Just very hard, so maybe some people may prefer that.
