It’s always a great get away at Chateau Elan. Love everything about it. Check in was very good, the rooms were very comfortable, clean and well equipped. The view was wonderful and the kangaroos randomly hopping past our door an added bonus. Loved it!

No bath towels upon arrival to our Villa - had to make three calls to Reception for towels to be delivered. No USB ports to charge devices. Car spots should be numbered according to the Villa.

Hotel was good, staff was excellent (Holly and the other 2 gentleman at the reception), however the cleanliness is not something I appreciated. Room was full of dust and you can tell it has not been cleaned in days, otherwise it wouldn’t be collecting dust. Also, the bathroom area had a very unpleasant smell. House keeping team must be spoken too

The room was specious and with a private terrace facing the grounds. Clean, silent and well furnished. Only light by the mirror was not for makeup. Small towels for a luxurious hotel. Pool area had no “adult only time”. Too many noisy children and ignorant parents. Staff were friendly and supportive.

The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable with a lovely view of the golf course. We enjoyed our stay. We didn't have the opportunity to eat at Legends Restaurant - one night they were too busy, the next day I rang to reserve a table - I was put on hold but I gave up waiting - then the next night the restaurant was closed.
