Abbiamo prenotato in questa struttura solo per una notte e con tutta onestà la struttura ha un grande potenziale, è ben arredata, nuova e soprattutto molto pulita e spaziosa, ma sicuramente con L’accoglienza e la cura del cliente non ci siamo proprio. Appena arrivati, alle ore13,30, non c’ era nessuno che ci aspettasse e abbiamo dovuto chiedere info ad una donna delle pulizie. Siamo stati accolti dopo un bel po di attesa da un ragazzo che ci ha chiesto gentilmente di ritornare alle ore 15 perché la camera non era ancora pronta (sul sito c’è scritto : check in alle ore 11e30). Arrivati alle ore 15 ci ha chiesto nuovamente di ritornare dopo un’ora. In sostanza la camera ci è stata consegnata alle ore 16 dopo un lungo viaggio in auto dove avevamo bisogno di riposarci. Per non parlare del check out, non si è visto nessuno e abbiamo dovuto lasciare le chiavi in camera, oltretutto senza la possibilità di poter lasciare loro i bagagli un’intera giornata per continuare a stare giro.
