Éste elegante apartamento está totalmente equipado y amueblado, 2 cuartos con una cama tamaño Queen Size y una litera con 2 camas twin (2 personas p/cama) + sofá cama tamaño Queen (2 personas), lo que permite acomodar fácilmente 6 personas (aplica cargo adicional sobre 4 personas) en este apartamento. Incluye también las sabanas, fundas, frisas y almohadas.

En su cocina se incluye: fregadero, estufa, nevera, microondas, cafetera, vajillas, cubiertos, utensilios de cocina, vasos y copas, productos de limpieza, ollas y mesa.

El baño es con ducha, servicio de agua caliente, toallas, secador de pelo, shampoo, acondicionador, jabón y shower cap.

Incluye entre otros: Smart TV y sistema RoKu, WiFi, tabla y plancha, aire acondicionado, detector de humo, extintor de incendios, closet con tablillas, artículos de limpieza como escoba, recogedor, cubo, mopa.

El estacionamiento es según la disponibilidad frente al mismo edificio. En adición contamos con un acuerdo para estacionamiento las 24 horas del día, en un estacionamiento privado en la cuadra posterior al edificio, por un cargo adicional de US$10 P/noche. As soon as we walked in it felt like home, modern, and clean. If you want quiet, you wont get that here, people blast their music starting at 9am. Regardless this was one of my favorite places to stay! Just walk downstairs and everything is right there, your in the middle of town square.. perfect location!

Location great for access to downtown, but not for sleeping.

To start this property is not ran by an owner, it is ran by a property management office with office hours. I received a message about parking on our day of check-in and began trying to contact them at 2:30 in the afternoon and was unable to get any response until VRBO customer service got unvolved. After that point, communication was better. The location was great for walking downtown and seeing sights, however if you are not the heaviest sleeper, forget about sleeping. To be clear, our unit was one of two rooms located right off the main street, so imagine the rooms across the hall might be better. The unit is completely open air, something not mentioned in the listing, there is no glass on the doors to help keep noise out. No fans either to try and use white noise to sleep. Vehicles driving the road with music as loud as possible, garbage trucks running at 430 a.m., and at 5 a.m. a guy starting pressure washing the street with a loud gas powered washer. Ear buds with music going couldnt even help. All five of us got around 3 hrs of sleep maybe. We had to leave the room and not stay a second night. If you are use to sleeping with that sort of noise, this place might work for you, but for anyone else, just be aware.

In reality it’s an old building. It’s hot and the ACs are typical room style units. Only one was functional due to one of the rooms in 1207 that the room’s air is connected to the rest of the unit that is not temperature controlled. Not a hard fix, some dry wall above the door of the second room could keep the temperature in that room. Also, you could insulate the shutters with glass to keep the air in the rooms and mosquitoes out. While it’s not a bad place and about a 1k investment could solve the problems it needs to be done. That’s not all, the paint is pealing like the 1950s in various places likely due to humidity, and the shower head needs to be fixed as it leaks constantly despite tightening the fixtures. This unit and its neighbors would be great, but needs some attention.
