The small property is on the outskirts of Pont-l'Abbe, near the picturesque fishing and bathing resort of Loctudy.Pont-l'Abbe is the capital of the culturally rich Bigoudenland at the mouth of the river of the same name. The town attracts many tourists because of its central location, its castle and its countless nice boutiques, creperies and restaurants. From here you can quickly reach the popular fishing and bathing resorts of the Pays Bigouden: Loctudy, Lesconil, Le Guilvinec and Penmarch with its huge natural beach, La Torche, which is also known as one of the best surfing spots in France.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Youth groups not allowed. Non smoking accommodation.
