Breakfast was excellent, staff friendly and helpful, great walkable location, spacious clean room. Only thing we did not have in the room was an iron but the front desk let us use a steamer. Would stay again.

Property was very clean, good location, attentive staff. We borrowed a towel for the hot springs and were told that it would be 2 euro, but were charged 6 when leaving. Apparently it was per day, even when not having it washed in between. The charge structure could have been clearer. Also, the breakfast could use improvement. The eggs (scrambled and omelet) aren’t seasoned at all. Even just some salt would help. The avocado toast was just bad. I wouldn’t even recognize it as avocado if I didn’t know already. Otherwise, everything was okay.

The hotel location is perfect - underground parking across the street for a reasonable price and walkable to all of the marina area and the many stores and restaurants in the area. The staff was second to none!!! Try for a room with a view as there is no outside amenity area. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of choice plus an la carte menu.

Thid was a really great hotel in the heart of Ponta Delgada. Breakfast was tasty and fresh. Very easy to get to and plenty of options for dining close by. Appreciated that we were right across from the marina. The only negative really was specific to us in that they could not turn on the air conditioning for us in March. Therefore the room was warm. Opening the windows, fix this, but there was some smells of food cooking from the restaurants at street level. This would not keep me from staying at the hotel again.
