Our beautiful, multi-level home is located directly on the beach...where your backyard is as big as the ocean and you can surf, shell hunt, fish and swim all day long! We are located on beach side of A1A just 4 miles north of St. Augustine's north bridge. Our home provides plenty of room to spread out, both inside and out. It includes 4 master suites with large flat screen TV's, and 1 bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds, full size sofa bed, and TV room with X-box...a child's dream room come true. Enjoy a warm sunny day lounging on either of our 2 balconies, take your pick, both have beautiful panoramic ocean views. Enjoy cooking in our large fully equipped kitchen with island, breakfast nook, and large dining room, along with an adjoining living room with large flat screen TV, again with all rooms having beautiful panoramic views of the coastline. You can also enjoy grilling your favorite foods on the grill located on one of our decks along with an outdoor table with 6 chairs and plenty of other seating for everyone as you enjoy your meal, soaking up the warm sunshine, and the amazing ocean views. The set-up of the house; Bottom entrance level is garage access. Go up half flight of stairs off to the left is a hallway half bath. Also on that level are two bedrooms, one bedroom has two queen bed‘s with attached full bath, and the other bedroom has one king bed with attached full bath with bath tub and walk in shower. The next level is a half flight of stairs, which is the main living area. Go up another half flight of stairs that is the main master suite. Then another half flight of stairs is the top level with two bedrooms. One bedroom with a queen bed, full bath with shower. And the other bedroom with two sets of bunkbeds and TV room with full-size sofa bed. Ask us about purchasing a temporary membership and enjoy the amenities next door at the Serenata Beach Club. They provide a restaurant with an indoor and outdoor pool side bar, 2 pools, (1 adult only and 1 for families) hot tub, fitness center, and more. Come and relax poolside or lounge in a beach chair on the beach. Feeling energetic? Rent a kayak, paddle board, or boogie board. A perfect way to enjoy Florida's sun, fun, and relaxation!

Overall good property
We enjoyed a lot in this home and very good view. There is small issue with AC. It was not working that day but management arranged alternative but it wasn’t sufficient. Otherwise everything excellent.

Great Location
We had some problems with the property as it was older. Broken refrigerator needing a part, and broken air conditioner upstairs. They did what they could to make it right but I was disappointed I had to ask about it. The location is amazing and the house was very spacious. Just be warned for any elderly guests, there are a lot of stairs

Love this place!
We had an amazing family weekend at this beautiful home! Our host, Travis with Destination Paradise, was easy to reach and helped with every and any question. This home has a ton of space and beautiful views from every room. There is private access to the beach. We used this so many times! Every one loved it even though it was so cold in the weekend that we went. Only issues were not being able to use the fire places and the large main refrigerator was unable to be used due to a repair that was in progress. There is a secondary refrigerator that we used and it worked perfectly so this was no biggie. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The kitchen and family areas, both inside and out, are well appointed and comfortable. The outdoor desks gave us plenty of room to enjoy the view and the ocean breeze in comfort all day. We have a large family of 10 adults and 5 children (ages 1, 3, 6, 8, 12) We also brought with us our service animals/fur family. All in all, we would definitely stay here again!

Spacious Beachfront Home!
This is a wonderful beach house conveniently located near several restaurants, a Publix grocery a couple miles down the road, and all the charm of St. Augustine a bit further. Since there are no homes to the right, it really felt like we had the entire beach to ourselves. The house is perfect for hosting large families where everyone can have their own master suite with plenty of room to not feel on top of each other. The house contained all the amenities that made it truly a home away from home. We would definitely book again.

Amazing Place With Excellent Access and Views
Property was beautiful, easy to access, with so much space available! We and the kids had plenty of space, and easy access to the beach. Fenced in areas were perfect for the pups to enjoy the ocean breeze and people watch. Such a quiet area with quick access to a lot of the city center areas and the near-by park. Look forward to next time!
