Living space
Spread across three levels, the home comfortably holds up to 12 guests. The main level opens directly to the water, with a full-length balcony made for taking in the Atlantic at any hour. Inside, ample seating gathers around an HDTV with streaming (no cable), and a dedicated workspace stays separate from the main living areas. Wifi covers the whole home.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is set up for everything from a fast breakfast to a full group dinner, with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster on hand, plus barbecue utensils for grilling outside. A breakfast bar suits quick mornings, and two dining tables give the whole group room to sit down together.
Sleeping arrangements
Three ocean-facing bedrooms on the third floor open right onto the balcony. The primary suite pairs a king bed with an ensuite bathroom, while two more bedrooms each hold a queen bed and share a hallway bathroom. Downstairs, a king bedroom has its own full bathroom - this room does not open to the back deck. A separate bunk room on the same floor holds two sets of bunk beds alongside a wraparound couch, coffee table, TV, and games, working equally well for sleeping or hanging out. The lower-level bathroom has a door out to the back deck and down toward the ocean.
Outdoor living & arrival
A beachfront deck and multiple balconies keep the coastline close throughout the stay. Beach towels and chairs are provided. Free driveway parking covers up to three vehicles, and self check-in via keypad keeps arrival simple and flexible
