Sleeping arrangements
This oceanfront home sleeps up to 12 guests across 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. On the third floor, the primary suite offers a king bed, ensuite bath, and a private balcony overlooking the Atlantic. Two queen bedrooms on the same level share a hallway bath and feature tranquil ocean views. The lower floor includes another king bedroom and a spacious bunk room with two sets of full-over-twin bunk beds with trundles, a wraparound couch, coffee table, TV, and a few games. A full bathroom on this level opens directly to the back deck, providing easy access after time on the beach.

Living spaces
The main living area opens onto a sweeping 60-foot balcony with panoramic views of the ocean - an ideal spot for morning coffee or evening conversation. Indoors, you’ll find comfortable seating, streaming TV, and a bonus room with a desk for reading or quiet work. The home does not have a separate media room.

Kitchen & dining
A well-equipped kitchen features granite countertops, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster. Two dining tables seat eight each, and a breakfast bar provides space for four more. Barbecue utensils and a grill are available for casual outdoor meals.

Outdoor living
Step directly from the beachfront deck onto the sand for morning walks or sunset strolls. Multiple balconies and a furnished patio invite you to unwind in the sea air. Beach essentials are provided, and there is free parking on-site for three vehicles.

Amenities & access
Enjoy WiFi, air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, washer, dryer, and essentials for your stay. Safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. Self check-in is easy with a keypad.
