This 2 bedroom, 2 bath home in the Villas at Rollover subdivision, is in the quiet area of Gilchrist. You'll love the upgraded finishes and the coastal feel of this lovely new home.

At 900 square feet, The Drift Villa is perfect for small families, sleeping 6 comfortably.
The primary bedroom features a queen bed with a television and ensuite bath. The second bedroom also features a queen with ensuite bath. A fun upstairs loft offers a full size bed.

Other amenities include a fully stocked kitchen (with regular drip coffee pot), high speed internet, in-home washer and dryer, outdoor furniture, and an outdoor shower. Your little ones will enjoy the community pool and playground!

Small dogs (under 35 pounds) allowed with pet fee. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.
The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cabin was pretty new well decorated. Everything worked Will stay there again !

The property was as expected and accommodated our part of 6 well. We had to bring linens towels and paper products which I guess I common these days but a bit inconvenient. Understandably the properties are elevated but keep in mind the stairs can be challenging especially when arriving and preparing to leave. 20 trips up and down the stairs can wear on you. A dumb waiter or lift would make the experience much better. The property is just across the street from beach access and has a community pool. We would stay here again.
