This was a great, quiet place to stay in a beautiful area. The room was quite large and was incredibly comfortable. Load shedding was no issue due to their generator. Breakfast was amazing. The facilities were well manicured and gorgeous. Staff was all amazing.

Ao chegarmos, fomos informados pela funcionária da recepção de que não havia energia no hotel e posterior descobrimos que o gerador estava quebrado, o que já causou um grande transtorno logo no início da estadia.Além disso, a piscina estava visivelmente suja, demonstrando falta de manutenção e cuidado com as áreas comuns. Esses problemas comprometeram significativamente o conforto e a qualidade da experiência.De forma geral, a falta de estrutura adequada e de preparo para lidar com situações básicas deixou muito a desejar.
