The linen and towels in our room were stained, and the towels were threadbare. The wallpaper was pealing in the bathroom and the tiles in the shower were cracked. My husband tried to iron his shirt: the ironing board was missing a spring and wouldn’t stay upright. The room was stuffy, no matter how high we turned up the cooling it was not comfortable. The only feature to recommend is how close it is the harbour; it was very convenient to get to the ferry and to Sky Tower.

Quick one night stay a charm of a motel.

The bed was too hard for me but I had recently had surgery. Normally a hard bed wouldn’t bother me. I thought the motel was great clean roomy everything one needs it would be great place to stay in summer with the deck and views. Friendly motelier.
