"High Tide Tranquility"- Beach w/ BBQ

Welcome to "High Tide Tranquility" , newly decorated coastal inspired 3 bedroom 2 bath. The main level boosts a Queen Master Bedroom with en suite bathroom, Living room, Kitchen, and Sunroom (Den and Dining room). The spiral staircase leads the way to a game room with ping-pong, Queen Bedroom, Bunk room, Bathroom, and Laundry room. Take a stroll to the private community beach that is only a couple of blocks away with access to the beach, pavilion, playground, basketball, and BBQ.

If your heart is searching for adventure this is the perfect vacation hideaway. Take the kayak out to the Bay and disconnect from the daily grind and discover the local waterway. Bring your shovel and sieves to sift the sand. This is your opportunity to begin exploring for Fossils along the shoreline or just collect the beautiful shells. There are over 600 species of fossils that have been discovered from the Miocene era (10-20 million years ago) at the neighboring Calvert Cliffs State Park beach. Common finds include shark teeth.

We had an excellent stay at this lovely cottage. The house was very clean and well appointed, with comfortable beds. We also enjoyed our time on the beach, hunting for shells and fossils.

Excellent, quiet stay

An amazing home with just about everything you need. Well stocked kitchen and comfy furniture allowed us to relax in the AC! Pingpong downstairs was a great time with the kids too! Great community and easily accessible beach! Our host was attentive and very informative for the area! We would stay here again no questions asked!

Perfect family beach getaway

My family and I stayed for a long weekend at High Tide Tranquility. It was absolutely perfect! The space was clean, modern, and comfortable. The house had everything we needed for a great stay. We were able to walk to the beach. We also brought our bikes and road around the quiet community streets. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. I have already recommended it to my friends and family.

Just what we needed!!

Thank you Dawn!! She helped out after a double booking for another property. She was super accommodating to a last minute booking! The house is fantastic, it couldn’t have been more perfect for my husband and I, and a friend. It was located close to both Prince Frederick and Solomon’s Island. The beach access was great! We found a few teeth. Thank you for such a nice stay!!

Lovely stay

We had a great time at this property and were able to celebrate a family birthday in beach style. Dawn was an absolute pleasure to communicate with, and the home was exactly as anticipated. Be prepared to walk for your fossils, but the best things in life deserve a little effort. ;-)

Great family getaway!

TL;DR this place is great for families. The long version: my spouse and I, our 3 year old, and my mother booked a winter fossil hunting vacation and the house couldn’t have been better for us. There’s a primary bedroom with full bath on the main level and two bedrooms with a full bath on the lower level. This setup allowed us to have some space and my son to have plenty of room to run around and play. The house felt spacious for our group of 4. The kitchen is stocked with equipment and we cooked most nights. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet; we took walks most days both to the beach and around the neighborhood. The house is close to all kinds of activities. 10/10 would stay again!
