Full size Washing Machine and Dryer in garage, with sink. Smart TVs in Bedrooms and Living Room. Relax in your private screened in lanai, with comfortable ratton sectional couch, or Adirondack chairs under the shade of trees. Close to Shopping, Restaurants, Golf & Beaches. The Botanical Garden, Club Med and much more. This is a child friendly house. Crib, Pack-N-Play and Highchair available upon Request. We also have Bicycles and Paddleboards for guest use!!

I used to live in Port St Lucie so it's nice to return and with being familiar with the area, it's easy to get around. We visit with friends of the family who also in in PSL and also travel to Sarasota to visit family. Our friends in PSL don't live far from this house which made it nice to see them.

We loved staying here. It's a cute home that has everything that you would want. Neighborhood felt very safe, and the host were great to contact if needed. If we are back in these parts we will stay here again. Our stay was about 6 weeks here. 10/10

Belle maison ensoleillée
La maison est propre, le lanai et la cour ensoleillée sont agréables.
Les appareils ménagers de la cuisine sont récents ; il y a assez de vaisselle, et chaudrons pour cuisiner. BBQ non utilisé.
Le voisinage est tranquille , mais malheureusement , sans trottoir pour y marcher.
Les oreillers sont plutôt larges et massifs, et non fluffy. Le matelas King est confortable sauf la base de lit est en bois donc, elle craque lorsqu’on bouge.
Le WIFI est fonctionnel partout .
Il y un grand lavabo de service dans le garage, à côté de la laveuse. C’était pratique pour avoir de l’eau chaude, car l’eau qui entre dans la laveuse est seulement tiède ou froide ; le robinet d’entrée chaude ne tourne pas complètement, donc le débit d’eau chaude y est réduit. L’eau chaude était correcte ailleurs dans le reste de la maison.
La nuit, la climatisation est réglée à 75 ; je ne connaissais pas ce systeme d’AC , pas facile à modifier, donc même en se couchant à 72, par défaut la nuit, la température revient à 75.
Le garage est assez grand (mais avec une ouverture de portières plutôt serrées), juste pour un médium VUS ou plus petite auto, car il y a beaucoup de choses près des 3 murs, dont les vélos.
Parlant des vélos, celui avec vitesses est pour une personne de plus de 6 pieds et les 2 autres (sans vitesse et freinage à reculons via les pédales) auraient besoin d’une maintenance : pneus trop secs facilitent les crevaisons. Nous n’avons pas pu utiliser les vélos pendant nos 3 semaines.
