The buggy service around the Island is pretty ordinary . Granted that they have to pick up and drop off guests all the time but there should be some priority given to some cases . eg: Like waiting to go to the airport with baggage. We waited for 45mins before we decided to walk up to the reception . we booked it for 12pm ( Dep at 1520hrs ) and at 1245 we decided to walk . This is not the fault of the operators ( drivers ) but management must give priority to departing Guests. More Island activities are needed to enhance the Experience. Maybe Jetskis .. More water activities , Also the Guest Experience staff ( who were great) should all be on the same page when selling activities ... sometimes we got 3 different versions of the same activities with no definitive proposals or offer . We give them credit as they tried their best to offer the deals . Overall we were very happy with the staff
( brilliant ) . Its a beautiful Island resort with So Much potential to grow your business. Suggest some input from the locals and survey guests on the spot instead of Online reviews ( most will not do it ) . Thank you for a great time.
