Meter readings are taken at entry and exit to determine consumption for the reservation period in question (whenever different from 30 days, the corresponding calculation is made).Any consumption that exceeds the included value will have this excess to be settled by guests to NURIS2U on the day before departure, in cash.Included values of electricity and water, in each 30-day reservation according to the accommodation type:T1: Electricity - 130 kWhs and Water - 6 m3.If the excess is not settled, the company reserves the right to deduct from the deposit value.PAYMENT: Payment must be made with the details of a physical credit card (not virtual), and it is necessary to confirm the transaction in your bank's application.
