Problem with Isabel
When we arrived we were locked out and then isabel parents met us and they couldn't get key to work. Finally got in.
Apartment was great but check in and check out was terrible.
On check out we left key under isabel parents mat, they lived next door, as they did not answer door.
I messaged isabel to tell her this and she said we should not do this and need to go back. We turned around and went back and left key on counter inside apartment and locked door. I told isabel this and she messaged me again to go back again and leave keys on coffee table, but we were half way to airport and she left no instructions. I have all messages.
Then a day later isabel messaged me rudely to ask why we left door open and now she needs to go to check apt. We did not leave door open.
I had to ask her to stop contacting me. I have all the messages.
The vrbo experience was great. I will book again.
But this experience was disappointing simply because of isabel customer service, terrible manner and lack of clarity.
