Come and enjoy this charming place in Clackamas! It is a great choice for all types of Portland visitors, an elegant and abundant 3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bathroom home that sleeps up to 10 guests. There are large backyard with fire pit. Everything is brand new. The cleanliness & comfort will make this house become a perfect place for you to spoil yourself on a holiday.

There are no bedrooms on the first floor, so you need to climb stairs.

Hello! We have a 2000 sq. ft, bright home in Portland. During your stay you will have access to a fully stocked kitchen including: coffee machine, microwave, refrigerator, dishware, and pots & pans. The space is loaded with windows which lets in a lot of natural light. There are also three other bedrooms located in the house. The space is ideal for 8 people. Air conditioned and heating. Washer/dryer in unit.


There are 3 bedrooms in this house. All the bedrooms are located on the second floor:
-Bedroom#1 is the master suite, which has a king size bed, brand-new mattress, connects to bathroom with the kids. .
-Bedroom#2 has 2 queen-size beds, brand-new mattress, stand up shower and large bathtub in private bathroom.
-Bedroom#3 Kids bedroom with 4 twin beds, brand-new mattress, full bathroom that connects with master bedroom.
-All beds equipped with comfortable/newer mattress.
-Bathrooms with all drawers available for you.

The garage is not available. but there is a lot of parking you could park on the side of the house on the road and in front of the house.

On main level:
-tastefully decorated living and dinning, with a flameless inviting and safe fireplace.
-large windows and tall ceilings.
-a half bathroom.
-family room, breakfast nook, laundry room.
-ping pong table in the garage.


Backyard:
We have a large fenced backyard with fire pit.



Guests have access to the entire house. Feel free to use the kitchen, fridge, washer/dryer at your own discretion. We have amazon stick tv that you can watch prime movies and shows for free, as well as Netflix, Holo, and other channels.

This house is in quiet residential area. We welcome respectful guests who will treat our neighborhood and our place as their home.
This means that respectful friendly gatherings are OK.
That said, loud and/or wild parties are strictly forbidden. Any sign of disturbance, loud music & noise, including disturbance reported by neighbors, is a violation of the house rules.

Reason’s why I gave it a 2 star. The downstairs toilet kept clogging up for no apparent reason. To make matters worse, the upstairs' toilet shared by 2 bedrooms had its water shut off. When I turned the water on I discovered a leak. I let whoever the owner hired know about it but it wasn’t fixed. Lastly me and my husband’s bedroom door wouldn’t shut for a couple of days. For privacy reasons that was annoying. He managed to get it to shut the rest of the visit.

The property needs some me deep cleaning. The refrigerator had a water leak, the stove top was dirty, very little towels and the towels were stained, the carpet on the stairs was stained and dirty., some of the doors to the bathroom and rooms did not close correctly. The bbq was out of order and I was not made aware of that until I reached out to the property owner.
