There was a loud bus running outside of my room on the street for 2 days and nights straight. The hotel said it belonged to a group of guests and there was nothing they could do about it.

Clean room, amazing staff & located perfectly for walking to a nice dinner. We actually stayed here twice. Once after our delayed flight arriving late into Portland & again our last night with an early morning flight back home.

I arrived early and they didn’t seem to want to check me in and the room wasn’t available until a while after check in time. Being lifetime gold didn’t help. And I accidentally left something in the room but there is no way to ask if they found anything when you call. They were not interested in solving that.

Both times I used my car from valet they didn’t put my seat back at all. Both times just of been short people because I couldn’t get back in my 2021 E350 without waiting after I pushed my memory. Wasn’t released about that. They should put the seats back

Very clean hotel! Comfortable beds. They held my luggage for me a few days before my stay so I could explore before heading out to the coast! Stayed here last year as well. Will definitely be staying again.

We arrived a bit early (an hour) so only one ada room was available. We preferred to defer this and wait for the hour. It seems the economy has hit the area restaurants and lounges pretty hard. None were really open and the one suggestion they gave was out of date as the bar was closed for recommendations. Upon return, somehow my reservation for king room changed to a two queens. The manager got involved as the desk clerk was unable to change the room assignment. The room was comfortable, sheets could be of higher quality. The cleaning staff rapped on our door at 8am. I dont know what possessed them to do that as although we didn’t display a DND, that’s far too early for a knock on the door if checkout is 11am. Although the valet parking is very expensive, the service was quick and courteous.
