Room was spacious and like new. Beds were very comfortable. The tub area could have been wiped down better, which I did myself. Great location.

This hotel is not a typical Courtyard. It has valet parking and staff at the desk at all times. The AGM Kate was helpful getting our room ready and took a personal interest.

The property was fine but shouldn’t be advertised as Waterfront as it really isn’t. we were given the wrong room initially ( without a pull out double bed) but the desk manager worked hard to rearrange other guests and was able to rectify the oversight. She was very accommodating.
