Room had residual tobacco smells. Dated fixtures and decor. Pool was nice but hot tubs were over chlorinated and no jet pressure and no pool towels were available. Was great having a bar and a breakfast restaurant attached. Staff was friendly and courteous.

there was dog food on the floor of our room when we first entered and the hotel could be in better condition overall. the jets in the hot tubs were a little weak but the jacuzzi tub was wonderful. shout out to the staff, they were super friendly and welcoming, and when i first entered the hotel they were very patient with another client who was not having a good day in front of me. they also made sure i got a jacuzzi tub room which was much appreciated

This isn't an updated building but the beds are comfy, the balcony is always nice to have, and the staff are always top notch. My go to stay anytime I need to be in the Portland area.
