The front desk yelled at us for asking for breakfast when it was promised on the website. He yelled he was gonna call the cops if we don’t leave but left us alone after we said we’ll leave if he gives us a refund. No one answered when we were trying to check out but I could hear them pick up from the back room when I found their number on google. They didn’t have any toiletries in the room. I would never go back here. This is the first place I wished I could give 0/5 stars to review.
Room was clean and roomy. Service was fine. Very close to the MAX station, so it was convenient. Only concern was the location--not in a great part of town.
Very clean and well run facility. The housekerping staff wrte meticulous and front office were outstanding.

My wife and I liked the location and the room had been nicely remodeled and the staff were very good but the condition of the shower was poor with the shower curtain rod coming out of the wall not being properly installed. The arm on the chair by the door was loose and would have been easy to pinch yourself. There was great electrical plugs and USB plugs also, thank you for an opportunity to respond.

Booked this hotel for 3 nights, then got confirmation of the booking that stated it had been booked as 2 separate trips. Apparently it had something to do with there being 2 different rates over the period we were staying. Not sure whether this was due to the booking system at the hotel, or Expedia, but it is not something I have seen before. It caused a bit of confusion at check-in as they could only see the initial 2 night stay, and there was more confusion on the Sunday morning when we had to speak to the desk about re-checking in. Initially we were told that the guy working couldn't do it as he was the 'night person' and we would have to return at 10am or 11am to see the 'day person'. When I explained that we were heading out for the day after breakfast, he eventually decided he could update the key cards for us and within a couple of minutes we were sorted!
Aside from the issue above, the hotel was OK. Room was spacious enough and it was quiet. Very close to public transit. On the downside, the pillows were incredibly hard and the fridge was freezing anything that was put in there.
Breakfast was juice, cereal, coffee/tea, bread for toast and pre-packaged pastries. We were told breakfast was open from 7:30-9:30am, however the room was locked until closer to 8am on the Sunday morning which delayed our plans slightly.
We didn't have a car with us, but be aware that they only allow one car per room to be parked on the premises.
The parking lot didn’t seem to fit all the vehicles for the rooms. The guy working behind the counter was the rudest person I have ever met, the tv volume wouldn’t go below 10 which is loud when others are trying to sleep, and the breakfast consisted of toast and cereal which was ok.
The gentleman at the desk was rude, condescending, arrogant and very negative when it came to assisting us.
However, there was a quite pleasant young lady who was most helpful.
The stay here was the worst stay I’ve ever had. The guy at the desk was rude from the beginning and then took a copy of my license and that has never happened I think that’s illegal. He yelled at me even when I checked out and was just rude. I will never stay here again and I hope he doesn’t get any business

The female at the front desk was cheerful and nice, but the manager fella was not pleasant in ANY way. The amenities were not great, some soap and coffee machine. A whole list of rules, and after meeting the manager we know why. When we turned the heater on it just smelled like burning metal. Wasnt the best place I have stayed, mostly for the hospitality issues.
Was decent price for location. The gentleman at the front for check out was SO rude. I have never been spoken to in such a rude manner. Would never return because of this.
