Very clean and cozy rooms, staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and safe. Great coordination with Portland Jetport, and made me feel totally safe and reassured when snow ban was in effect for travel. Defiantly would return even if I’m not waiting for a flight!

The room had a smell, the room was dirty. No extra toilet paper, ran out at 2am in the morning. Went and took a shower and No body wash, the container was empty. Housekeeping definitely didn’t do their job in that room. Over by the window was a layer of dirt and dust. Not the cleanest room, the bathroom could use a deep cleaning as well.

Old and worn rooms, bad toilet leaky shower dripping and wasting tons of water. Rooms were ok bathroom trash can was broken and tub was pink with mildew/ mold chipped paint fraying carpet and faded torn wallpaper staff was excellent

From the front desk to the restaurant/bar and morning staff all were pleasant! Due to our breakfast staff, we changed our plans to eat dinner at the restaurant instead of eating at another establishment. We were not disappointed. Food and drinks were great! Our room was very clean. We will be staying at the Double Tree Hilton again.
