The staff were friendly and helpful. They always answered the phone. The rooms were nice and clean. We just wish the pool was heated and it was sort of dirty at the bottom. Breakfast had a good variety.

We felt comfortable... walking in it smelled fresh and the room seemed very clean. Beds and pillows were ok. The reception/check-in lady was probably the nicest person we have ever had... she was super smiley, pleasant, and helpful. It was nice to be offered water bottles because we forgot to buy some. Awesome that you have true gluten free food options (muffins)... and we liked the coffee in eating area too. Our suggestions would be a fridge with true mini freezer on top (nice to have for cooler and allergy lunch box), and microwave in the room. And... maybe a discount for special events in the area (Special Olympics) Overall it was much nicer stay than another hotel we stayed in close by for more money. We will book with you next year for the Special Olymipics State Soccer Meet. Thanks...

This was ok for the price we paid. But watch what you book cause they cannot change your room if you book a handicap room by accident (same rate on expedia but this user didnt notice the name difference). Awesome staff did try for us. The breakfast was ok - some pastry options and eggs and sausage. The bed was not a fave though across the 3 rooms we booked. It caused pain our backs for sure. And we could hear every door slam all around us. So hence my good rating and not better.
