For the price 👍👍

Free shuttle 24 hours was nice cause I had to leave at 430am. They allowed me to check in a few hours early for no extra fee 🙂 staff was very professional and polite. Rooms were very clean. The room was a bit dated and also noisey at times but for what I paid, convenience to the airport, and great staff I would stay there again.Gaea and Amber were great. I didnt drive but there is a fee for parking and have to go thru a gate. The staff did validate it tho for my uber eats and uber driver so that was good too.

The window shade had huge gaps on either side and there were no drapes, so it was impossible to darken our room at night, due to the parking lot lights. Desk clerk was friendly and helpful and provided good customer service. We arrived an hour after check-in time and we had reserved two rooms next to each other. One of our rooms was not ready so they split up my family onto different floors which was inconvenient for us. They could have planned room cleaning better.

My room was very clean and I loved using their fitness room. Staff were nice and respectful. There were alot of other tenants that were smoking pot constantly, so my hallway stunk all the time. But, hey it’s Portland..

No elevator. No restaurant. Directed to fast food but there were two hotels much closer with restaurants that employee claimed to be ignorant of. Gate for entry to the hotel parking requires one to get a ticket and then get it validated. Terribly inconvenient. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this hotel and would gladly pay double for a hotel that had amenities.

It was hard to find the entrance to the compound this hotel is located in. We circled the large area a number of times before figuring out the entrance. Check in was great thanks to the clerk on duty. Once in our room we discovered the hair dryer was missing. They said no others were available. Their website says there is breakfast. Not so! We did not know that leaving our car must be arranged ahead with Park and Fly so we had to use the lot next door at $13 a night. Spendy! There are no restaurants near by so it is a drive to find meals. Sorry but we will not be staying here again.
