We had a really lovely stay at The Francis. The building itself is beautiful and has so much character, but still feels really comfortable and updated. Our room was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully done. The staff was genuinely kind and helpful without being over the top. It’s in a great spot, easy to get everywhere but still quiet at night. Beautiful hotel, excellent staff and lots of amazing touches. The room had a few things we'd improve - there's only one mirror (the bathroom) and no full-length one, there are not many outlets, but would stay here again in a heartbeat.
