O imóvel é bem localizado. Fica próximo a restaurantes, lanchonetes, supermercados, posto de gasolina dentre outros. A praia fica muito perto. Maria Tereza (proprietária do imóvel) é uma pessoa de extrema cordialidade e educação, prestativa e fácil de negociar. Foi a melhor estadia em Porto Seguro.
