Equipe de atendimento muito atenciosa e prestativa, quartos limpos e equipe de limpeza diária nos quartos. Quarto com frigobar, tv, ar condicionado, e uma varanda com rede. Boa lanchonete interna, que faz ótimos drinks, lanches e refeições. Hotel possui sala de musculação, piscina com escorregador, e sauna. Em frente à praia, e perto do Centro, muito bem localizada em Porto Seguro.

Problemas de manutenção em apartamento

Toda a equipe de atendimento do hotel é educada, atenciosa e prestativa. Tivemos problema no apartamento 217. Além de ser apartamento com sacada sem boa visão, ao chegar sentimos mau cheiro. A água do chuveiro demorou muito a esquentar bem pouco (pensamos que estava queimado). Antes de dormir, sentimos forte mal cheiro e verificamos vazamento pela pia do banheiro. Estourou o sifão. Pedimos para trocar de quarto, mas informaram que o hotel estava cheio e não tinha essa possibilidade. Prontamente, disponibilizaram toalhas para o banheiro, mas não foi resolvido o problema do mau cheiro. No dia seguinte, foi trocado o sifão.

Boa qualidade e atendimento

O local é muito bom, recepção e atendimento excelente. achei a luz do quarto muito fraca, acho que devia ter mais tomadas prox. da cama, para carregar aparelhos de celular e câmera, e deveria ter uma proteção para chuva para o cliente sair da recepção para os quartos. O preço do cardápio é bem acessível. A piscina poderia ser aquecida.

sempre fui muito fã deste hotel, fui quatro vezes antes da pandemia, e sempre foi memorável o café da manhã, e ficou um bom tempo parado e fui em outros, inclusive dessa vez de 10 dias dividir em 2 de 5 para voltar experimentar o café, e pra mim foi uma decepção, nada a comparar o os anteriores. E não gostei da resposta na recepção de quando questionei a possibilidade de fornecer mais um cartão, e estavamos em 3 e foi e acho muito dificil administrar apenas um.

REGULAR.

Bom/Regular. Acho inadmissível não ter telefone no quarto, tudo que eu queria comer ou precisar no caso TUDO eu tinha que ir na recepção pedir. Os quartos do prédio anexo não pega Wi-Fi pois fica distante da conexão eu tive que ir até próximo a recepção pra fazer um PIX. Depois de dois sofrendo sem conexão nenhuma implorei pela troca de quarto e depois de 2 dias o hotel me trocou de quarto, minha estadia era de 7 dias, no próximo quarto o controle do ar não funcionava tivemos que ficar desligando na tomada, o chuveiro também estava quebrado vazando e molhando tudo toda vez que usávamos. E o hotel NÃO TEM SEGURANÇA NENHUMA, fica aberto o portão 24h e sem ninguém na recepção ou seja os quartos baixos podem entrar pessoas pela varanda facilmente. As piscinas não São grandes como aparenta nas fotos.

Bom custo benefício, a piscina era boa com escorregador que as crianças adoraram. Perto da praia do Curuipe, que tive dúvidas se era realmente própria pra banho. O café era bom, variado e gostoso. O quarto era razoavelmente confortável, WiFi bem ruim. A estrutura de cozinha era pífia, pratos caros e uma eternidade para ser servido.

Experiência muito boa. Café muito bom, piscinas limpas, funcionários atenciosos, quarto sempre limpor pelas arrumadeiras. Nosso quarta tinha duas camas juntas em vez de uma de casal, pedi uma cama de casal e eles prontamente me arrumaram um colchão de casal.

Sou hóspede habitual desse hotel. Boa localização próxima ao centro da cidade e tem boas barracas de praia perto. Sempre fico em quarto frente Mar e no piso superior. O atendimento é sempre bom e cordial. No entanto, o café da manhã é repetitivo e pode melhorar, sobretudo com relação aos pães. O cardápio do bar da piscina também pode melhorar
