The full stay was beautiful, staff really lovely and friendly, room was spotless and loved the surprise when I arrived after not having my bedding changed, unique and extremely thoughtful. This building is beautifully situated with stunning views and lovely rooms. The restaurant was quite delicious, and again, had lovely views. We enjoyed the saunas although there was a technical problem on our second visit. The staff were friendly but not particularly professional or organised. There was a misunderstanding over a charge for what we thought was a complimentary upgrade (it was our honeymoon) which left things on a slightly sour note. All in all, still a nice stay in a very beautiful part of the world.
