Never changed my sheets, barebones room, tiny room, constructions workers 24/7 even on sunday morning banging wouldnt listen to my concerns, no reason they didnt change my sheets or make the bed was there thursday to sunday. Horrible cont. breakfast. Pot smell- heavy every night in my room

Good experience, friendly staff, and convenient location. Only complaints are that the tv is very small and the entrance to the building smelled very strongly of cigarettes.

Instead of cleaning they spray excessive strong air freshener so that you can't breathe. The mattress cover had stains on it and the room and hallways were filthy. I left to find a decent hotel and when I came back to request a refund a half hour later a women staggering, speaking loudly incoherently to herself, who had observably soiled her pants walked in ahead of me and got in the elevator. I showed the clerk the picture I took of the gross mattress cover and he apologized told me he would refund me completely but he lied; he charged my credit card fraudulently for a room that was not habitable.

The worst part was that my room had very worn carpeting an d needed to be cleaned. However, they were working on renovating all rooms as every room on the first floor was in various stages of being refurbished. Then, per the employee I talked to, they will do the upper floors. One floor at a time instead of closing the property. It was fine, I got he vacuuming I requested and the entire stay was fine.

The room was ok, but there were many spots on the walls that had chipped paint, the rugs were dirty & worn, sheets did not fit the mattresses and came off daily. All those things I could deal with, but what was the worst was the lack of cleanliness. We checked in later in the evening so I did not notice the dirtiness until the next morning. There was visible dirt on the carpet so I would not take off my shoes at all. The mini fridge handle was full of dirt & food crumbs. There was chunks of food stuck to the cord of the coffee pot with the tray it was sitting in full of crumbs. Even the ice bucket was filthy with dust. There was a settee in the window that had what looked like sex remnants stained on it. DISGUSTING! The bathroom was the worst. There was hair all over the floor, the corners were packed with dirt and scum. The base of the toilet was covered with dirt & hair. So, the morning of the first day, I literally asksd the head desk to clean these areas. He confirmed rhat I needed a full service. That night we got back around 9pm. Nothing was fixed. Same hair on the bathroom floor, same dirt on the carpet, same crumbs of food on the appliances. They only provided me with clean towels. I will never go back. I do not recommend this hotel.

Condition of room can make it appear unclean

Hoping for a clean room, in good condition for a single night stay during my travels. While the room appeared fairly clean, the condition of the room needed work. As a Wyndham affiliate, updates need to be done routinely. Lastly, I was unaware that there was a construction site next door, and they started at 6am.
