We were very pleased with our stay at the hotel. The rooms were unique and spotless. The staff was friendly and readily available to answer any questions. The breakfast offered a good variety of foods, including healthy options and sweet treats to satisfy everyone. We would highly recommend this hotel, and if we travel to Portsmouth again, it will be our first choice.

This is a super nice hotel. Not at all a "hotel factory". It has a lot of personality. But for the price, I honestly expected more. Both in terms of the room and amenities as well as breakfast, which was at best adequate. I guess what one pays for is location, location, location. At this price, I would not stay here again. Had the daily rate been say 250 or 300, then yes. But not for 500 for a night.

Very cute place to stay, love the pool table and basement area along with the breakfast area and sitting area. However… we didn’t care for the room, black lattice on all the walls that was weirdly causing dizziness and major verify for my daughter and I. Other than that it was beautiful.
