It was a great location but that's its best feature. We had an executive room and that was pretty basic with an uncomfortable mattress. Cleaning of the room was larlte afternoon for some reason. The staff at breakfast were not helpful and they have a silly system for ordering breakfast. The reception staff were bordering on incompetent. We organised a taxi two days before departure and we checked 3 times including on the day of departure. When the taxi failed to arrive the receptionist apologised and said she forgot to order it. Hopeless.

Room was spotless. The concierge on duty, Bohdanna, provided exceptional service, including offering to book transportation, directions to sites, and even carrying our bags 3 flights of stairs, as she saw we were elderly. Truly beyond the call of duty. The food in the restaurant was very good. In all, very good staff.

Lovely apartment situated in the centre of Prague's Old Town. Lovely decor and helpful staff. The cafe/bistro down stairs was really convenient and served lovely food.

Our room was spacious and beautiful. Beds were comfortable. The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful. The restaurant had good food at a reasonable price. The location was central to all of our activities. Highly recommend.

Our room was spacious, quiet and clean with windows that opened into a quiet courtyard. The stairs were a challenge however. I can't imagine elderly guests navigating them with suitcases. Overall it was a decent stay.

Great location and lovely room. Only thing to bear in mind is that the door to get in once reception has shut was heavy and I struggled to open it with the key etc, so maybe not suitable for older/weaker people! Other than that, it was a lovely stay.

BEWARE… NO ELEVATOR. Seniors…dont book this hotel if you cant climb stairs. Nice and clean… Small room. I dont know if all the rooms are small. I got this situation when I booked a hotel in Istanbul thru Expedia. Expedia should take a note of this stair situation especially in cities in Europe.

With windows closed noise was not an issue. On warmer nights with no a/c we needed the window open. The noise outside rarely stopped throughout the night! Location is awesome, staff is friendly.

A great accommodation if you are staying in Prague for only a few days. Steps out to the astronomical clock and old town square. If you are out late there are four keys to get yourself inside. The nights can be quite loud with the windows open. Overall a pleasant stay and would recommend if you are in Prague for a quick visit.
