What an absolute joy it was to stay here. Breakfast was delicious and many options, both warm and cold. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. This is my 5th time staying in Prague and this has been hands down my favorite hotel in the city so far. The location is unbeatable. Right in the middle of where you want to be yet tucked around the corner so you don’t hear much street noise. The rooms have been updated so it feels modern and I have genuinely never had such kind and helpful staff at a hotel. I had a late check-in that went smooth and they even offered to open the breakfast buffet for me early because they knew my flight left early. Would stay here again based on customer service alone.
